Spicy, cool, and tangy.
This refreshing, creamy sauce is fab on beef (especially, Burgundy Bacchus Fondue cooked beef)!
Horseradish Sour Cream Sauce
1 cup Sour Cream
2 tsp. Shallots, grated
1/2 tsp. Ginger, grated
2 tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
1/8 tsp. Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. This sauce is best when prepared a day in advance.
