The holidays often bring me stress and emotional turmoil; but this year, I choose to focus on child-like faith.

Our 2nd annual, traditional Christmas dinner: Chicken and Dumpling Stew, Roasted Shrimp Cocktail, Raspberry-Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip, and Peach Bellinis (to sip while cooking, of course!).
