fresh tomato raw sauce

Would you rather have processed sauce out of the jar, or a fresh tomato raw sauce with high quality ingredients and loads of flavor?
I thought so... enjoy!

Fresh Tomato Raw Sauce
2 Tomatoes
Handful of sliced Olives (any color)
1 tbls. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tbls. Mrs. Dash
Salt and Pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (Optional)
Your favorite pasta (mine is Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini)

Dice sweet tomatoes and olives; combine in a small mixing bowl. Add seasoning, and about 2 tablespoons of a good olive oil. Toss and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Top your favorite pasta with this garden-fresh raw sauce, and Parmesan cheese. The sauce will warm from the heat of the cooked pasta.
