I have had such a blessed week and weekend; it was jam packed with GIRLFRIENDS! My "sister friends" are so important to me. They give me support, truth and wisdom, non-judgmental love, and lavish me with a taste of the way Christ loves us.
During the week, I spent a lovely evening with my bestfriend from high school, Joy, and her precious family. She and her husband have 3 stunning kiddos that are an absolute delight to be around!
Friday and Saturday were "work days," but it did not feel laborious! I had the pleasure of working alongside a new friend and Silpada Sister, Angie S, at her church's Women's Conference. Along with being vendors, we were even able to participate in the worship service (which I needed!). The speaker, DeMonica Gladney, spoke on quenching the thirst that only Jesus can satisfy, and the woman at the well. Girls, get to the well!
Saturday and Sunday evenings brought belly laughs, junk food, chick flicks, and a few of my closest friends! Thanks girlies!
A note to my sweet Aimee: For the sake of your emotional well-being, I am SUPER-EXCITED for you that the Steelers won a "band for the other hand!" :) Love ya!
To all of my girls: Thank you for loving me just as I am. I feel blessed and honored to count you as my friends!

Hi Brittany! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I just love this post. My girlfriends - or as you call them "sister friends" are so important to me. I know exactly how you feel when you say they give you a taste of how Christ loves! I love that!
