sesame ginger glazed chicken

Sticky, grilled chicken that is moist and tender.

Sesame Ginger Glazed Chicken

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1 Tbls. Honey
1 Lemon
Pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup Canola Oil

In a large, Ziplock freezer bag, combine Lawry's marinade, wine, honey, lemon juice, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For more flavor, marinate over night. Remove chicken from marinade, and lightly coat with canola oil (this will ensure that it will not stick to the grill, and seal in flavor and moisture). Pour marinade into a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer, and reduce.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 6 minutes per side (or until juices run clear), turning 45 degrees every 3 minutes for great grill marks. Baste with marinade reduction when chicken is flipped.

Serve with Baked French Onions.

* Dina, thank you for recommending Lawry's marinade. Yum!
