The Everything Burger
2 lbs. Lean Ground Sirloin or Ground Turkey
4 oz. Dill Havarti Cheese (shredded)
1 Sweet Onion (grated)
2 tbsp. Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp. Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
2 tbsp. Grill Seasoning
Salt to taste
5 slices Pepper Bacon (chopped)
Guacamole
2 ripe Hot-house Tomatoes (sliced)
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
8 Whole Wheat Buns
Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ketchup
Dill Pickles
Preheat oiled grill to high/medium-high.
In a large mixing bowl, grate cheese and an onion using a box grater. Add ground meat, Worcester, grill seasoning, Tabasco, and salt. Combine meat mixture well, but do not over mix to avoid tough burgers.
Score the meat, with the side of your hand, into 8 sections. This will yield 8, 1/4 pound burgers.
Form sections into patties that are slightly larger than your buns.
Grill over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes for well-done burgers.
*** If you are using a charcoal grill, keep an eye on your burgers, as the melting cheese can cause a flare-up (but, it is totally worth it!). ***
Chop and fry 5 strips of bacon. Remove homemade bacon bits from the grease using a slotted spoon, and allow to drain on a paper towel. Prepare guacamole. Slice tomatoes, and lettuce.
Build your mouthwatering burgers to your liking.
Serve with a dill pickle on the side, and an icy cold, frothy, diet root beer.
Aahhh... So good!

I LOVE dill havarti. Haven't had any for a while. I will have to remedy that. :)
And your dogs are so cute! they keep looking at me from the sidebar over there. Godiva looks almost exactly like a dog I had as a kid!
