Strawberries Romanoff

1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. Brandy
1 to 2 tbsp. Vanilla
4 cups Ripe Strawberries
Mix sour cream, brown sugar, brandy, and vanilla in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip cream until it starts to thicken; then, add sugar slowly. Continue whipping until thick and peaks form. Fold whipped cream gently into sour cream mixture and combine well. Serve with hulled, fresh strawberries.
Serves 4.
