This strawberry dessert is decadent and beautifully simple.

Strawberries Romanoff

1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. Brandy

1 to 2 tbsp. Vanilla

4 cups Ripe Strawberries

Mix sou
r cream, brown sugar, brandy, and vanilla in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip cream until it starts to thicken; then, add sugar slowly. Continue whipping until thick and peaks form. Fold whipped cream gently into sour cream mixture and combine well. Serve with hulled, fresh strawberries.
Serves 4.

I took this stunning treat to Nicole's birthday party, and it was a huge hit!
Happy Birthday, Nicole D.!
